Technology is my passion. I enjoy working with computers, smartphones, tablets, and anything else technology has to offer. I began my career working in Technical Support and PC Repair. I spent time working for an Internet Service Provider, and for a time co-owned a Virtual ISP, providing dial-up internet service in the early 2000’s.

I spent the majority of the last 10 years in Wireless Telecommunications. I enjoyed watching the cell phone evolve from a basic conversation device, to a powerful handheld computer.

In 2014 I completed a degree in Information Technology, helping to round out the extensive technical skill set I’ve acquired over the years.  I enjoy learning and am continuing my education in the field of Information Science & Technology.

Throughout my career, I’ve held positions in technology support, sales, and sales management.  I’ve worked with small businesses of less than 10 employees, mid-size businesses with 100-200 employees, and I’ve worked for two of the top 20 Fortune 500 companies.  I have a deep understanding of the business world and the methods and procedures that guide day to day decisions.

I have experience with Windows Server, Mac OS, Linux, Android, iOS, and Windows Phone, among other platforms. I am highly competent in PC hardware and software, and I take pride in troubleshooting and solving complex problems.  I enjoy continually learning new skills in a constantly evolving business.
